Bosphore Ureaplasma parvum Detection Kit v1 detects and characterizes Ureaplasma parvum in human biological samples including urine, tissue/biopsy specimen, swabs (flocking swabs and liquid amies, UTM, VCM, Sigma Transwab, Copan ESwab, Sigma VCM, vaginal swab, endocervical swab, urethral swab) and semen. Ureaplasma parvum is amplified and fluorescence detection is accomplished using the HEX filter.

Bosphore CT/NG/MG Panel Kit v1 is a Real-Time PCR kit designed for the qualitative detection of Chlamydia trachomatis (C. trachomatis), Neisseria gonorrhoeae (N. gonorrhoeae) and Mycoplasma genitalium (M. genitalium) bacterial DNA. The kit is intended for use with samples extracted from vaginal swabs, endocervical swabs, urethral swabs, eye swabs, and urine from individuals suspected of being infected with these bacteria.
This multiplex format kit aims to diagnose the presence of CT/NG/MG bacterial DNA, thereby aiding in diagnosing the associated diseases.
